WELLNESS EVENT

This organization is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young adults facing breast cancer. For over three years, I’ve served as the lead designer, working directly with the client on multiple high-impact projects. This includes designing branding and materials for their annual Wellness Summit and other summit conferences that attract over 500 attendees every year. Initially a separate bike riding event, the summit now combines wellness activities like yoga, workshops, and fitness with the iconic bike ride. I have been responsible for creating cohesive designs for this event and other key conferences, ensuring that each project effectively communicates the organization’s mission while engaging participants and supporters.

ANNUAL WELLNESS SUMMIT BRANDING & WEBSITE

The client requested a logo that was playful & energetic, but wanted to keep pieces of the core summit logo since the Wellness Summit is an expansion of the organization's original summit event.

Summit Website Design

The client requested that the look and feel of the brand exude a brilliant and invigorating energy that reflects the kind of exciting wellness activities that were going to be featured in the event. To do this, I utilized bright gradients, colors, and textures paired with vibrant photography.

For this website, I worked with a developer to create a custom Wordpress website. I designed initial wireframes in Adobe XD and created a prototype that I then shared with the developer. With this site, there are many instances of breaking the grid. For instance, I used the layering of textures, energetic gradients, & images. I also utilized CSS to create a responsive design on desktop, tablet and mobile.

Branded Elements

Branded elements such as tote bag, name tags, event banner, truss, biker jersey design, t-shirt designs, postcard, and booklets were created for the event. Graphics were also created for the clients social feed to promote the event. Each year the event is held in a different state in the United States.
